- For a simple transfer function analysis, see the WaveWarp Frequency Response Analyzer which plots the frequency response in real-time (based on the ratio of spectra of the two input signals):

For advanced analysis, we recommend the WaveWarp Audio Toolbox for MATLAB whereby you can stream audio data into MATLAB (via WaveWarp) then compute the transfer function using, for example, the System Identification Toolbox (available
from The MathWorks).
