Questions relating to WaveWarp's soundcard support

    2. Why does WaveWarp not see the multiple channels of my M-Audio Delta 1010 under Windows 2000 ? - Top

As far as we can ascertain, there seems to be a problem with the M-Audio Windows 2000 drivers which prevents WaveWarp from seeing the multiple channels of the Delta-series soundcards. Furthermore, the single stereo pair which does get recognized can only be accessed at 16-bits. The higher bit-resolutions do not seem to be supported.

The only workaround (until the M-Audio windows 2000 drivers are upgraded) is to use Windows 98 where the full multichannel and high bit-resolutions are supported and all works well with WaveWarp. - Updated: March 12, 2001
