  • F.A.Q: WaveWarp General Usage

Questions relating to the general usage of WaveWarp

    5. Can I use WaveWarp as a standalone processor to effect a signal that is being recorded to disk, but only use WaveWarp to monitor the signal and not have the effect be recorded to disk ? - Top

Yes. This is straightforward to achieve with WaveWarp. Simply construct your WaveWarp DrawingBoard such that the input signal is sent along two paths: one going straight to an audio file (i.e. recorded to disk), the other going through any desired combination of effects followed by the soundcard output (i.e. for monitoring the effect). - Updated: May 19, 2001
