- 3. What is WaveWarp ? - Top
- WaveWarp is an extremely powerful and feature-rich modular real-time audio processing system which runs "native" on the PC platform under Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000. It supports all Windows-compatible soundcards, and requires no peripheral DSP hardware.
Furthermore, the same WaveWarp application can be used either as a standalone real-time audio processor, or as a DirectX plugin to many popular audio editor/sequencer applications.
Also, if you purchase the WaveWarp Audio Toolbox for MATLAB, you will obtain the full WaveWarp product plus the necessary extensions which enable seamless communication between WaveWarp and MATLAB (e.g. such that MATLAB can be used "in-the-loop" as a real-time processor, etc.).
